Every existing screen (24 surfaces including the player shell) now follows one responsive policy: a phone is held in landscape and keeps its real density and font scale, a tablet keeps the user orientation and receives the sw600dp dimension set, and a television keeps the audited 1280x720 design canvas. Grid columns, edge padding, navigation rail width/labels, player control scale and alert-dialog width come from that policy instead of per-screen constants.
Touch and D-pad are both first class: handheld controls get a real 48 dp touch area (minimum size plus a composite touch delegate for layouts that pin a control smaller than that), D-pad focus is verified screen by screen, and the login form resizes for the keyboard instead of panning.
This build also fixes a real empty-state bug: the Movies/Series section screens used to stay on an endless loading spinner when no provider account was configured. The series screen now stops the spinner, shows a terminal "No provider configured" state and offers a single focusable "Open providers" action that leads straight to provider setup. When a provider exists, loading, error handling and retry are unchanged.
Verified before publishing: full responsive sweep of all 24 screens on Phone API 35 (landscape, touch), Android TV API 29 and Android TV API 23 (D-pad, focus, dialogs, player shell), plus a sw600dp tablet in landscape and portrait - all five profiles PASS, bound to the shipped source and APKs. The complete safety gate passed with -RequireRelease (unit suite, catalog snapshot safety, transport failures, staging barriers, process-kill recovery, Room migrations 9->10->11->12, forward recovery 63->64, app-data preservation, the new series empty-state regression, responsive matrix). The in-place 63 -> 64 upgrade keeps providers, cloud installation identity, catalogs, episodes, favorites, resume history, themes, profiles/PINs and settings
Install the new APK over the existing Delta installation. Do not uninstall the previous version unless specifically instructed, because uninstalling may remove local application data.
